Victory Live is a private equity backed technology company aimed at maximizing distribution and yield for live event ticket inventory. We provide an end-to-end software platform for the live ticketing industry, managing thousands of sports, theater and live music event tickets on behalf of artists, promoters, teams, venues and professional resellers. Victory Live’s comprehensive offerings include an established B2B marketplace along with both a full-service and an automated SaaS platform to handle all elements of the ticket sales lifecycle, from ingestion to sales fulfillment.
THE POSITION
Victory Live is seeking a data-driven Marketing Effectiveness Manager to own the reporting, analytics, and performance measurement of our marketing initiatives. This role will be pivotal in translating marketing data into actionable insights, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring operational excellence through our marketing tech stack—including Google Analytics and HubSpot CRM & Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing performance dashboards using Google Analytics (GA4) and HubSpot
- Track and analyze key metrics across paid, owned, and earned channels (e.g., web traffic, conversion rates, lead quality)
- Provide insights on campaign ROI, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and attribution modeling
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and report on KPIs aligned with business goals
- Investigate website engagement reporting issues for Victory Live owned sites and customers to improve insights
Marketing Operations & CRM Management
- Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, including building workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign automation
- Lead user adoption and training efforts for HubSpot tools and features
- Implement UTM parameters and tracking pixels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google)
- Integrate ad platforms with HubSpot CRM and create audiences using first-party data
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across marketing and sales pipelines through regular hygiene efforts
- Support development of lifecycle marketing strategies through CRM-driven insights
- Integrate HubSpot with other platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms, data visualization tools)
Strategic Contribution
- Identify trends and opportunities for marketing process improvements
- Recommend optimizations for marketing funnel performance
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership to align on performance goals and pipeline health
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5+ years in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or CRM-related roles
- Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics (preferably GA4) and HubSpot CRM
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and digital campaign measurement
- Strong understanding of CRM principles to support sales teams, account management, and marketing efforts
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, PowerBI) a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in B2B or tech environments preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying.
- Experience with other MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with UTM structures, campaign tagging, and tracking strategies.
