AI-Native Marketing Lead — Stealth Startup | Seed Stage
Full-time · NYC-based, open to remote · $80–120k + equity
We're currently in stealth with a public launch coming in April. You'd be coming in at exactly the right moment — helping shape how we show up to the world and owning the momentum from day one.
We're not looking for a traditional marketer who "uses AI to help." We're looking for someone who thinks in systems, builds in workflows, and treats AI agents as their team. You'll own the entire marketing function — strategy and execution across both B2B and B2C — with an AI stack as your leverage.
The co-founders have scaled businesses before and come with meaningful exits. The engineering team is a mix of MIT alumni and veterans from Google, Scale AI, and Palantir. We're backed by an all-star list of strategic investors spanning sports, live entertainment, music, and athletics — including executives, artists, and athletes who have built this industry.
What you'll own
- B2B demand gen — pipeline into enterprise clients
- B2C acquisition — consumer growth
- Content engine — SEO, thought leadership, social, and email, largely automated through workflows you design
- Brand voice — you'll set how we sound and make sure the AI output actually sounds like us
- The AI stack itself — you choose the tools, build the automations, and evolve the system
- Analytics — you decide what matters, you build the dashboards, you own the numbers
What we're looking for
- You've built an AI-augmented marketing workflow before — not a demo, a real system with real results
- Fluent with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) for actual work output
- Comfortable with automation tools — Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar
- Experience across both B2B and B2C
- Strong strategic instincts — you can write a positioning doc and a nurture sequence
- Taste — you know when AI output is off and fix it fast
- Sports, entertainment, or live events background is a real plus
