Operations & Marketing Associate Position - Momento (Baltimore Ravens & Washington Commanders)
Momento is currently accepting applications for a Operations & Marketing Associate position based near Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD. This role offers a motivated individual hands-on experience with a dynamic sports technology company. Momento is a sports fan experience service that captures the rollercoaster ride of every moment from every game, providing fans with a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake. Additionally, Momento helps teams and brands connect with their audience on a deeper level through unique analytics and insights.
Job Description
-Support Momento with all on-site clients in the DMV market, including the Baltimore Ravens and Washington Commanders.
-Assist with various tasks within the Marketing and Operations departments.
-Help with the general upkeep of camera technology at our venues.
-Maintain a general understanding of Momento technology to assist with client needs.
-Operate Momento systems for clients as needed.
-Assist with marketing strategies, social media, brainstorming, and problem-solving for all Momento clients.
-Serve as the main point of contact for all New England clients for any on-site needs.
-Ability to work evenings and weekends on site during the 2026 NFL season.

Job Requirements
-Currently enrolled as a student at a DMV-area college or university.
-Summer & weekend availability through January 2027 required.
-Ability to commute to and from M&T Bank Stadium and Northwest Stadium through July 2026 to January 2027.
-Strong desire to pursue a career in sports.
-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
-Basic computer skills.
-Effective and professional communication skills when interacting with staff.
-Summer & weekend availability through January 2027 required.
-Ability to commute to and from M&T Bank Stadium and Northwest Stadium through July 2026 to January 2027.
