Momento is currently accepting applications for a Marketing & Operations Associate position based near Seattle, WA. This role offers a motivated individual hands-on experience with a dynamic sports technology company. Momento is a sports fan experience service that captures the rollercoaster ride of every moment from every game, providing fans with a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake. Additionally, Momento helps teams and brands connect with their audience on a deeper level through unique analytics and insights.

Note: Applicants will NOT be considered unless currently living in the Seattle-area

-Support Momento with all on-site clients in the Seattle market, starting with the Seattle Kraken
-Assist with various tasks within the Marketing and Operations departments.
-Help with the installation and general upkeep of camera technology at our venues.
-Maintain a general understanding of Momento technology to assist with client needs.
-Operate Momento systems for clients as needed.
-Assist with marketing strategies, social media, brainstorming, and problem-solving for all Momento clients.
-Serve as the main point of contact for metropolitan Boston clients for any on-site needs.
-Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
 

-Currently enrolled as a student at a Seattle-area college or university.
-Holiday & weekend availability through June 2026 required.
-Ability to commute to and from Climate Pledge Arena through November 2025 to January 2026.
-Strong desire to pursue a career in sports.
-Previous experience working in sports. 
-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
-Basic computer skills.
-Effective and professional communication skills when interacting with professional staff.
-Compensation & Expectations

 

-15-20 hours per week.
-$20/hour.
-No overtime or benefits are provided for this role.
