Momento, a Chicago based sports fan experience and data company, is currently accepting applications for the Director, Client Services & Marketing position. This position will manage a number of clients, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction with Momento services, while supporting the companies growing Marketing efforts and channels. Momento provides the rollercoaster ride photo for every fan at every moment from every game. Momento also helps teams and brand connect on a deeper level with their audience through unique analytics and insights.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Primary contact for between six to twelve Momento clients maintaining a positive relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues
- Focus is on providing customer service, ensuring clients expectations are met at every step
- Identify goals for each client and clearly communicating those goals to the entire Momento team, ensuring everyone understands the expectations
- Work closely with our Data Analytics team to deliver the data and metrics on our services
- Ability to stay organized and maintain detailed record keeping
- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, online or in-person
- Hire and manage a group of operators in each market, ensuring that we have an operator at each event
- Partner with leadership team on brand strategy, fan engagement campaigns and sponsor deliverables
- Assist with various Marketing tasks including social media, website, drafting content, tracking engagement and working with graphic designers on company-wide needs
- Play a lead role in showcasing the Momento experience through client recaps, newsletters, and case studies
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a customer service, marketing or sales role, preferably in the sports industry
- Sports industry experience within specifically ticket sales & service, sponsorship or fan experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Certification in customer relations, customer service would be a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally, is required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities and lean resources
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel to live events as needed especially during the sports season
