Momento, a Chicago based sports fan experience and data company, is currently accepting applications for the role of Associate, Client Services. This position will support all of services we provide for our various clients. Momento is a sports fan experience service that provides rollercoaster ride photos for every fan at every moment from every game. The keepsake for fans is truly one-of-a-kind. Momento also helps teams and brands connect on a deeper level with their audience through unique in-venue activations and partnerships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Track product performance across all partners
- Manage teams of associates in various markets on gamedays
- Support the Director of Client Services & Director of Venue Technology during live activations
- Flag performance trends or discrepancies to support internal reporting
- Serve as a reliable checkpoint for all partners during current and coming activations
- Review the Momento platform to ensure high-quality fan experience
- Monitor all fan feedback through various channels
- Manage weekly creative assets to ensure all gameday assets are organized
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in client services, account management, or sports partnerships
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Desire to pursue a career in sports or technology
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet all deadlines
- Comfortable supporting live event environments
- Weekend & travel availability
Compensation & Expectations
- 16-24 hours per week
- $20/hour
- No overtime or benefits for this role
