The Logitix team is looking for a Business Analyst to add to our roster of industry thought leaders while continuing to provide our partner teams and content rightsholders with best-in-class service and results.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Vice-President of Partnerships, the Partnership Analyst will work closely with our team of business development leads, inventory managers, operations staff, accounting, developers, and other key stakeholders to identify and deliver on all items business intelligence related. Working with various departments, the Business Analyst will be integral in developing, managing, and disseminating Logitix’s data-driven efforts.

If you’ve ever sold a ticket on the secondary market and have an interest in financial markets, our approach and philosophy will echo a commoditization of the secondary market in which Logitix plays the role of the market maker. As the Partnership Analyst, you will be front and center in supporting the research and strategy of each ticket’s sales cycle.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Complete inventory optimization and valuation models

· Manage dashboards and other data visualization tools

· Work closely with our partners and account managers to deliver insights, pricing and demand studies, reporting tools, and other various data projects

· Assist in the development and maintenance of statistical modeling tools and practices

· Coordinate mappings and lookups to different ticketing data sources

· Monitor department data trends to identify efficiencies or assist in their data needs

· Complete ad-hoc projects, analysis, and other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

· Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or alternative dashboard/business intelligence tools

· Expertise in data analysis, especially Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)

· Proficiency with relational databases, such as SQL Server/transact-SQL

· Proficiency in a statistics and analysis related programming language (R or Python) preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Power Point, Word required

· General knowledge of sports i.e. understanding impact of event context and applying to the role

· Must have outstanding work ethic and attention to detail

· Must be able to prioritize workload to manage time and tasks

· Prior ticketing experience a plus not a requirement
