Senior Analyst - Ticket Strategy (NBA, MLB, and MLS)

What would you do?
As a Senior Analyst in Ticket Strategy, you will work with a team of experienced professionals to implement and execute ticketing strategies and drive customer satisfaction.  
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Learn, articulate, and implement our unified ticketing principles  
  • Lead recurring client meetings, developing relationships with stakeholders
  • Manage deadlines and execution of client deliverables through research, analysis, and leveraging internal tools/technologies 
  • Compile findings and prepare executive-level presentations and communications
  • Apply technical and analytical skills to solve problems
  • Manage day-to-day execution of strategic accounts across NBA, MLB and MLS portfolio 
What is required to succeed?
  • Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent required; graduate degree (MBA or other quantitative discipline) a plus
  • 3+  years’ experience in a service-oriented consulting or analytical role (Sports, live entertainment, technology or financial services preferred)
  • A passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client success
  • Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Analytical aptitude and the ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Ability to successfully prioritize deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Must be able to thrive in a lean, startup-like environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Experience writing queries for Microsoft SQL Server and/or Snowflake
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Openness to relocate to Houston, TX
