What are we looking for?
We are looking for passionate, innovative, driven, and resourceful people who want to be part of our growing company and dynamic industry. We are actively expanding our Ticket Strategy & Client Service team and are looking for a Senior Analyst to implement pricing strategies, track and report data insights, and maintain and improve key partner relationships, specifically focused on the Touring side of our business with a major focus on Soccer Touring, including international and club Men’s and Women’s soccer.

What would you do?
· Manage pricing for a portfolio of ticket inventory across multiple dynamic markets to maximize ROI and deliver value to our clients.
· Support the Ticket Strategy & Client Service team with research, analysis, and preparation of data, including, but not limited to, team inventory performance, game-by-game sales performance, broader sales trends, historical data, and marketplace evaluations.
· Deliver and present reports and analysis to both internal management and partners.
· Maintain and develop long-term, trusted relationships as a day-to-day point of contact for partners.
· Monitor and evaluate the consumer purchasing journey for single game tickets.
· Work with the Operations and Finance departments to ensure accuracy of inventory, costs, and revenues.

· Work with the Data Science and Product teams to improve and implement pricing strategies and deliver accurate and valuable information in our tools and reporting.

What do you bring? (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent required.
5 years’ experience in a service-oriented and analytical role in technology, sports, financial services, or hospitality is preferred.

Proficiency in Data Visualization or SQL is a plus.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
