You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop actionable insights, and implement strategic solutions.   What would you do?
  • Conduct detailed analysis of operational processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and track progress over time.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to highlight opportunities for improvement and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance and visibility of data.  
  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
  • Work closely with customer support and operations teams to address platform issues, automate workflows, and enhance marketplace satisfaction.
  • Monitor operational processes and performance metrics related to ticketing operations and marketplace intelligence initiatives on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within ticketing operations and marketplace dynamics and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ticketing and fan shopping experiences.

 What is required to succeed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Management Information Systems, or related field.  Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, PMP) is a plus.
  • Experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or related roles, preferably in the ticketing industry or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, Power BI, Snowflake, Sigma).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curiosity and self-motivation to examine and re-examine problems to find new and creative solutions.
  • Passion for technology, entertainment, and delivering exceptional fan experiences.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal hours as business needs dictate.
