What are we looking for?
We are looking for passionate, innovative, driven, and resourceful people who want to be part of our growing company and dynamic industry. We are actively expanding our MLS Ticket Strategy & Client Service team and are looking for an Account Analyst, with previous sports experience, to embrace the unified ticketing strategies, adopt Eventellect’s pricing tools, participate in advancing tech, implement best practices, track and report data insights, and maintain and improve key partner relationships, specifically focused on the MLS portfolio.

What would you do?
·        Work with the Eventellect MLS Division, Data Science and Product teams to improve and implement pricing strategies and deliver accurate and valuable information in our tools and reporting.
·        Build and execute insight, tracking, and data reporting processes for both client facing and internal consumption.
·        Manage pricing and inventory management across multiple dynamic markets, specifically among Eventellect’s MLS relationships
·        Understand, articulate, and implement the benefits of a unified single game ticketing strategy with partner schools.
·        Utilize Eventellect’s proprietary software tools to meet strategic and sales objectives.
·        Support the Ticket Strategy & Client Service team with research, analysis, and preparation of data including but not limited to: team inventory performance, game by game sales performance, pricing recommendations, broader sales trends, historical data, and marketplace evaluations.
·        Maintain and develop long-term, trusted relationships as a day-to-day point of contact for partners.

What is required to succeed?
·        Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent required; graduate degree (MBA or other quantitative discipline) a plus
·        1-3 years’ experience in a service-oriented and analytical role in a sports or tangentially related field preferred (technology, financial services, live entertainment, hospitality, etc.) 
·        Sports, ticketing, partnerships, or MLS-specific experience is a major plus
·        A passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client success
·        Strong communication and presentation skills
·        Maturity, integrity, and a strong work ethic
·        Must be able to thrive in a lean, startup-like environment
·        Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail
·        Analytical aptitude and the ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources
·        Ability to successfully prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment
·        Enthusiasm for live sports and entertainment
·        Proficiency with MS Office with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint required
·        Proficiency in Data Visualization or SQL is a plus
·        Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
·        Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
·        Willingness to relocate to Houston, TX
