We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our dynamic legal team. The Legal Intern will work closely with our Legal Team on a variety of legal projects, including legal research and analysis, contract review, and assisting with the company's contract management system. The intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in a corporate legal environment and contribute to the success of our legal department.

Timeframe - 6/03/24 - 8/02/23
Location - Hybrid role, HQ located in Atlanta, GA
Pay Rate - $18/hr

What you’ll do:

Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics as assigned by attorneys.
Assist in drafting legal memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
Review and analyze contracts to identify key terms, risks, and compliance requirements.
Assist with the management of the company's contract management system, including data entry, organization, and maintenance of contract records.
Collaborate with attorneys and other team members on special projects as needed.
Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

What you have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program.
Strong academic record with coursework in contracts, legal research, and writing preferred.
Prior experience with contract management systems is a plus.
