The Creative Collective is a small, high-conviction team built around one standard: commit fully or not at all. We move fast, debate hard, and once a call is made, we stand behind it together. The ECD sets the vision. Your job is to be the closest thing to that vision in execution — the creative right hand who makes it real.
You will lead a team of four designers — two Art Directors and two specialist designers — not by controlling their creative, but by raising it. One Art Director owns brand creative and the other owns social creative. They're good at what they do and that doesn't change when you walk in. Your authority comes from your output, your ideas and your ability to make the people around you sharper.
At the same time, you are an elite executor. You design, animate, edit, create merch or even build in 3D. Whatever the project demands you have enough in your bag to be dangerous. You concept at a strategic level and then drop into the tools and make it. You are the bridge between the ECD's vision and what the team ships — and you close that gap by doing the work yourself as much as by directing others.

The typical salary range for this position is $125,000 to $135,000. At PrizePicks, we consider your role, level, and where you'll be working when determining our salary ranges. The compensation info you see on our job postings gives you an idea of the starting pay range for the position. Your actual pay within that range will depend on your specific work location, as well as your skills, experience, and education.
