PrizePicks is seeking a proficient and experienced Chargeback Disputes Supervisor to oversee the Chargeback Representments Team. This critical role involves managing the submission of evidence packages in response to chargeback claims, tracking success rates, analyzing decline reasons, and ensuring quality assurance and scheduling efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of chargeback processes.



 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Chargeback Representments Team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective dispute resolution processes.
  • Chargeback Representments: Oversee the submission of evidence packages on behalf of the company in response to chargeback claims, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Success Rate Tracking: Monitor and track the success rates of chargeback representments, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement to minimize financial losses.
  • Decline Reason Analysis: Analyze decline reasons for chargeback representments, identify common themes or patterns, and develop strategies to address root causes and improve outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance in chargeback representment processes. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Scheduling and Workflow Management: Develop and maintain efficient scheduling processes to ensure optimal staffing levels and workload distribution within the Chargeback Representments Team.

 

What you have:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-4  years of experience in chargeback management or dispute resolution, preferably with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Deep understanding of chargeback processes and regulations, preferably within the gaming or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

  • Residence in or near Atlanta, Georgia or willingness to relocate.
