Summary
Pro Football Focus (PFF) is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Social Media Intern to support the growth and engagement of our @PFF_Fantasy and @PFF.Betting social media accounts. You’ll be part of the team that delivers timely insights, drives conversation, and connects with millions of fans in the fantasy football and sports betting communities.
This role will assist with day-to-day account management, content scheduling, trend monitoring, and community engagement. The ideal candidate has experience with social media management, lives and breathes fantasy football and sports betting, understands the social media landscape, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, package, and publish thoughtful, engaging content to PFF’s fantasy and betting channels on X and Instagram, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor fantasy football and sports betting storylines, trends, and breaking news to keep content timely, relevant, and conversation-worthy.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions by pitching creative, platform-specific ideas that engage fans and reflect audience interests.
- Serve as a community manager by actively engaging with comments, DMs, and mentions, fostering meaningful conversations, building loyalty, and representing PFF’s brand voice with consistency and care.
- Track performance metrics and assist with reporting to evaluate content effectiveness and inform future strategy.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Strong understanding and passion for fantasy football, and sports betting.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to react quickly to developing storylines and breaking news.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Paid internship ($15/hour)
- Remote or Cincinnati-based
- Estimated internship duration: August 2025 - January 2025
- Flexible hours, with the ability to work evenings/weekends during football season is required
