Who We Are
Mixon Digital creates real-time graphics and visual experiences for sports broadcasts and live events, serving NBA, NHL, WNBA, and collegiate clients. We help teams turn their vision into visual magic — and we do it as a close-knit, fast-moving team where everyone's work shows up on screen.
Position Overview
As Account Coordinator, you'll be the go-to point of contact between our clients and our Development team — keeping projects on track, communication flowing, and clients happy. You'll work alongside a small, supportive Operations team. It's a great fit if you're organized, personable, and enjoy being the person who keeps things moving.
What You'll Do
Be the main point of contact for your clients — capture requests, loop in the Dev team, and follow through until resolved
Track projects in our project management software so nothing falls through the cracks
Collect client assets (logos, style guides, schedules) and make sure the Dev team has what they need
Provide input to help set timelines for client projects alongside the Dev team
Keep client and project info current in our CRM
Support event logistics like shipping coordination as needed
Prepare simple client reports and materials for meetings
Track projects in our project management software so nothing falls through the cracks

What We're Looking For
- Great communicator who's organized and easy to work with
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to address client needs
- Comfortable juggling a few projects at once
- Based in the Atlanta area
- 1–2 years in customer service, account management, or similar
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
- Bonus: familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
