The Locked On Podcast Network is creating a new team-specific NFL content channel built for modern sports fans across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, X, YouTube, and audio platforms. We are looking for a dynamic, entertaining, credible host who can deliver smart, fast-moving team-specific content every day — both short-form vertical and quick daily episodes.
This role is designed for a modern sports content creator: someone who understands the team they cover, knows how fans talk, can deliver strong takes with personality, and has the on-camera presence to make people stop scrolling.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and produce four short-form videos per day, approximately 90 seconds to two minutes each, built specifically for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Deliver fast, sharp, engaging team-specific takes designed for the vertical-video scroll.
- Host and produce two 5- to 6-minute episodes per day for YouTube and audio distribution with clear structure, strong pacing, and fan-focused insight.
- React quickly to your team's biggest stories of the day with energy, credibility, preparation, and personality.
- Help build and grow an engaged community across social, video, and audio platforms.
- Create content that is informative, entertaining, opinionated, and built for daily fan engagement.
Content Formats
Short-Form Vertical Video
The short-form content will be built for the modern social feed: fast in, fast out, one sharp take, clear energy, and a strong hook.
Volume: 4 per day
Length: Approximately 2 minutes each
Platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook

The 5-Minute Show
The 5-Minute Show will give your team's fans a quick, reliable, twice-a-day destination for smart team-focused analysis.
Volume: 2 per day
Length: Approximately 5 to 6 minutes each
Platforms: YouTube and audio via its own RSS feed

Qualifications
- Elite knowledge on your team.
- Ability to connect with your team's fans.
- Ability to edit and produce high-quality video.
- Access to and experience with video editing tools.
- Solid understanding of how social platforms operate.
- Experience with creating short-form video content.
- Audio equipment and editing software in order to record and produce an audio podcast.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal host is part analyst, part entertainer, and part influencer. You understand your team, but you also understand how fans consume content today. You can make a strong point quickly, speak with confidence, bring personality to the screen, and create content that feels current, authentic, and built for the platforms where fans are already spending their time.
You do not need to sound like a traditional broadcaster. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted daily voice for fans by being smart, prepared, energetic, relatable, and highly watchable.
