The Opportunity
We are hiring a Strategic Partnerships Representative to help drive growth of our roster optimization platform used by leading college athletic programs.
This is a hunter-focused role for ambitious early-career sales professionals who want to build a career in complex B2B software sales while working in the world of college athletics.
You will work directly with senior leadership to open conversations with General Managers, Athletic Directors, and senior athletic executives across major NCAA programs.
Unlike traditional entry-level sales roles, this position offers early exposure to strategic deal cycles and executive-level buyers, providing a strong foundation for a future career in enterprise software sales.

What You’ll Do
1. Enterprise Prospecting (Primary Responsibility)
You will be responsible for building new enterprise pipeline and creating opportunities with major athletic programs.

- Prospect General Managers and senior athletic leaders in football and basketball programs
- Build outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events
- Generate qualified enterprise opportunities
- Research athletic departments and decision structures
- Develop account insights and outreach strategies
- Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline tracking
Success in this role requires persistence, organization, and strong communication skills.
2. Strategic Deal Support
You will work closely with leadership on enterprise opportunities.
You will:
- Prepare research and materials for executive meetings
- Support account strategy development
- Coordinate demos and follow-up workflows
- Assist with proposal development
- Track deal progress and next steps
You will gain firsthand exposure to how complex software deals are won.
3. Customer Relationship Exposure
You will maintain ongoing exposure to customer relationships.
