Fresh Tape Media is looking for an Associate Producer to join our vibrant and fast growing team! Our Denver-based creative production company works with clients throughout the US and abroad to bring their ideas to life. No idea is too wild for us. Responsibilities include:

Manage projects and grow relationships with high-caliber clients including, but not limited to, brainstorming, pitching, scripting, lighting design, production testing, talent booking/management, video and photo content capture and editing, color and sound design
Source music, stock footage, and other footage when necessary
Build and design graphics, animations, and video content for a diverse array of platforms
Serve as an on-set Producer, Director, Videographer, Production Assistant
Contribute to creative for Fresh Tape Media social accounts
Administrative support, including file and equipment management, storage and quality control
Contribute to Fresh Tape Media efforts by attending meetings, brainstorming sessions, offering suggestions and solutions, and providing follow-up on projects
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale

Basic Qualifications:

Technical

3+ years of production experience on set and working within video production
2-3 years experience running a DSLR/mirrorless cameras
Strong knowledge and skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
Strong editing skills including narrative work and social content
Understanding of a basic lighting, grip and audio kit
Knowledge of Blackmagic and Red cameras, DSLR, mirrorless cameras are a must, Cinema cameras are a bonus
Strong skills in color grading preferred
Motion graphics experience preferred
Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve preferred
3+ years of production experience on set and working within video production
Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email
Ability to manage video production process from beginning to end (pre-production, production, post-production)

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor around high level talent
Knowledge and interest surrounding latest social media trends and platforms including popular memes and viral videos
Ability to travel up to 50%
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes
Keep projects on schedule and delivered within budget constraints
Able to work extended hours as necessary
Knowledge of and interest in sports and latest trends in the sports creative industry
Produce client/consumer facing videos for internal creative division

Job Type: Full Time

Payment: $50,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience

Work Location: Denver, Colorado

Reports to: Head of Production
