Position Summary
We are looking for a full-time production assistant who will have a hands-on role on Blackhawks Countdown/Postgame Live. This versatile individual will also help out on our daily programs, The Big Pro Football Show and The Chicago Lead. This person will be responsible for creating graphics within iNews for use on air, as well as stat research for the shows. Mainly, we are searching for a self-driven person who wants to be a part of a team that strives to deliver quality sports content. Applicants must be ok with working outside of normal 9-5 business hours, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch topics and contribute to the overall preproduction process of our daily shows
Build graphics for daily programming
Research stats for use in shows
Run teleprompter when needed

Qualifications

Familiarity with news/sports production
Proficient with iNews and Xpression
Knowledge of the Chicago sports scene

Compensation & Benefits
The hourly pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.25, based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and job-related skills.
