Position Summary:
The Digital Content Coordinator supports the execution of CHSN’s digital and social content strategy, ensuring content and campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and at scale. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the team, enabling consistent content output across the CHSN app, website, and social platforms.
Working closely with both managers, this individual helps bring campaigns and content initiatives to life by supporting publishing, coordination, and real-time execution. The Coordinator contributes directly to CHSN’s direct-to-consumer efforts by helping drive traffic to the app, supporting subscription-focused initiatives, and ensuring content is aligned with key programming moments.
This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, live-event environment, helping ensure seamless execution across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Publish and update content across the CHSN app and website, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with subscription priorities
- Support social media execution, including scheduling posts, uploading assets, and deploying campaigns that drive traffic to the app
- Maintain and organize content calendars, trackers, and asset libraries to support efficient execution across platforms
- Assist in coordinating timelines, deliverables, and assets for paid social campaigns and sales partnerships
- Compile and organize performance data related to app engagement, traffic, and subscription conversion to support reporting and optimization
- Provide real-time content support during live events, games, and key programming moments
- Ensure quality control across all published content, including formatting, tagging, and metadata accuracy
- Support day-to-day project management needs to improve team efficiency and workflow
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in digital media, social media, marketing, or related fields (internships included)
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, real-time environment
- High attention to detail, particularly in publishing accuracy and content execution
- Basic understanding of digital performance metrics, including engagement, traffic, and conversion
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, during live events
- Interest in sports, media, and digital content
- Passion for digital trends, audience behavior, and emerging platforms
- Knowledge of Chicago sports preferred

The total expected compensation range for this role is $40,000 to $50,000 per year, which includes the base salary. Final compensation will be influenced by factors such as the candidate’s skills, relevant experience, degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market conditions, and the position’s location.
