- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the core bridge connecting Business Intelligence, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success to translate raw technical data into executive-ready narratives.
- Capacity Planning: Implement data-driven capacity planning to optimize the distribution of project tasks and ensure on-time delivery of client data and reports.
- Evolve Methodology: Support the scaling of Trajektory's core sponsorship valuation methodology across multiple channels (Broadcast, Social, Digital, and In-Venue).
- Data Storytelling & Thought Leadership: Drive strong data analysis and compelling storytelling across the organization, leveraging our data to create analysis, studies, and white papers that solidify Trajektory’s position as an industry leader.
- Analytical Excellence: Act as the organization’s expert in data and analytics, ensuring the team maintains the highest level of rigor and insight when translating complex data into business value.
- Project Scoping & Delivery: Collaborate directly with the Commercial team (Sales, Customer Success) to scope, price, and deliver ad-hoc consulting projects (e.g., custom league rate cards, naming rights, and economic impact analyses).
- Efficiency & Templatization: Develop standardized playbooks and templates for custom deliverables to reduce manual labor, optimize margins, and speed up delivery times.
- CFO-Ready Client Insights: Support Customer Success with "CFO-ready" benchmarking, white-space analysis, and executive summaries to maximize client renewals and expansions.
- Sales & Marketing Content: Equip Sales and Marketing with compelling data-driven talking points, industry reports, and case studies to accelerate brand and agency sales pipeline velocity.

- Experience: 6+ years of leadership experience in Business Intelligence, Consulting, or Sports/Sponsorship Analytics. Experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment is highly preferred.
- Sponsorship Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the sports sponsorship ecosystem, including broadcast media buying, social tracking, in-venue placement, and demographic analysis.
- Technical Analytics Toolkit:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and manipulate massive data sets.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Experience with statistical environments (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS) is highly preferred.
- Experience utilizing business intelligence visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) to build client dashboards.
- CRM & Project Management: Experience leveraging Salesforce or HubSpot for data reporting, and tools like Asana for operational project management is a plus.
- Prioritization Specialist: ability to effectively manage and organize the priority order of tasks and projects across the team, accounting for the short- and long-term commercial impacts.
- Problem-Solver: Immense curiosity and a drive to get to the "WHY" behind data trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex statistical models to non-technical client stakeholders.

How many years of hands-on experience do you have writing complex SQL queries and structuring data within cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)?
