About the Role
As a Customer Success Intern, you will support onboarding, data quality, and client delivery processes. You’ll work directly with Customer Success, Data Ops, and BI teams to ensure clients receive accurate, actionable insights from the platform.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with client onboarding tasks, including data collection and documentation
- Support quality assurance by reviewing data outputs and identifying discrepancies
- Conduct sponsorship asset audits across broadcast, social, and digital platforms
- Help manage and organize brand and partner logo catalogs
- Support client reporting through research, data entry, and validation
- Assist in building client-facing deliverables and presentations
- Participate in cross-functional workflows using tools like Asana
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate student
- Must be able to receive academic credit for the internship
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Interest in sports analytics, sponsorships, and client services
