Our Sponsorship platform helps:
  • brands maximize sponsorship effectiveness — with clear performance tracking, reporting, and optimization of each activation.
  • leagues and tournament organizers create, manage, and scale sponsorship inventory — and integrate sponsors across all digital touchpoints — in a transparent and controlled way.

We’re looking for a US-based Partnerships Manager who can build both sides of the market: brands investing in sports sponsorship and tournament organizers attracting those sponsors.

What you’ll do
  • Build partnerships with brands already investing in sports sponsorships  (tournaments, championships, leagues)
  • Onboard tournament organizers, leagues, and federations that attract and manage sponsors
  • Position SOTA as a central platform for sponsorship planning, activation, and reporting
  • Lead commercial discussions from first contact to signed agreements
  • Work closely with Product to translate market needs into product improvements
  • Build long-term relationships, not one-off deals

What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years in sports sponsorship, partnerships, or commercial roles
  • Strong network across brands and agencies
  • Experience working with tournaments, championships, or federations
  • Ability to speak both languages:
    • brands (ROI, transparency, accountability)
    • organizers (monetization, control, scalability)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • US-based, comfortable operating internationally

Nice to have
  • Experience with sponsorship analytics, media value tracking, or digital inventory
  • Background in sports tech, media, or platforms
  • Existing relationships with sponsors active in soccer or multi-sport events
