Overview
Overtime is hiring a Social Producer - Women's Sports, to join our team full-time in NYC. 

What you’ll do
  • Produce original content for Overtime channels with a focus on growing our audience across women's sports 
  • Work with Overtime talent to create new ideas and concepts that help their pages and the Overtime pages grow.
  • Produce long-form content by owning the creative process and be willing to constantly improve the creative direction to be ahead of trends and capture new audiences.
  • Produce Overtime talent during long-form shoots to their best performance and coach talent to be even better on a regular basis.  
  • Travel frequently for shoots, where you’ll manage talent, direct content and lead creative on-site.
  • Organize publishing, editing, and talent schedules to align with our deliverable goals.
  • Create reports outlining channel performance - social analytics will be your best friend!
  • Stay on top of everything happening that is relevant to our channels - this means sports, pop culture and everything else that pertains to our content 
  • Publish content to our Overtime channels including YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more.
  • Engage with the community of Overtime channels to increase audience connection to the brand.
  • Work with editors to ensure our content meets our standards and continues to engage and grow our audience.
  • Review content before it’s posted by proofreading, spell-checking, and QCing videos.
  • Work with the sales team to create short-form branded content with our talent.
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team across OT to align the content we post with the strategy in place. 
  • Strategize with the Head of Social Strategy, Director of Original Social Content and greater social team.
  • Curate content to be posted across channels.

Who you are
  • MOST IMPORTANT: You understand and can communicate in Overtime’s voice.
  • Live, breathe, eat social media. You are constantly on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and on the lookout for new, exciting platforms.
  • At least 2+ years of professionally managing and posting on multiple social media accounts.
  • Creative - you have show ideas and concepts to change the way sports are consumed and talked about.
  • You are obsessive about long-form shows and watch YouTube and other long-form platforms constantly.
  • Producing long-form content gives you energy and you’re always thinking about ways to be better. 
  • Detail-oriented. Amazing proofreader who always checks their work.
  • Down to hustle - this role requires regular nights and weekends.
  • Fast af. You always want to be first.
  • LOVE sports. You are passionate and knowledgeable about all sports, athletes and the news around them. 
  • Problem-solver and self-starter. You take initiative without having to be told what to do.
  • Flexible in adapting to changing timelines and deliverables.
  • Proactive, positive team player, able to help guide projects from ingest to delivery.
  • You are very comfortable with video editing software like Premiere. 
  • Bonus for experience with Photoshop and After Effects.

Overtime expects the salary range for this role to be between $68k-75k. Salary is dependent on experience. Overtime also offers medical insurance benefits, paid time off, and stock options.
