Overtime is looking for a multi-talented digital media professional for the position of Senior Producer, Talk Shows.

What You’ll Do:
- Own a number of Overtime YouTube talk shows from start to finish, and bring a social first approach for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage and mentor a team of Producers, Shooters, and Video Editors to ensure a high quality product is published on deadline.
- Drive the creative process based on audience insights to develop new segments, implement fresh ideas, and bring out the best from our on-camera talent.
- Operate effectively in any production environment including Remote, Studio, Indoor/Outdoor, and Event-based shows.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with external stakeholders including talent, talent representation, and production partners.
- Work closely with all departments at Overtime including Senior Leadership, BrandFam, Social, Design, Marketing, Production Management, and more to create the best possible shows and maximize engagement.
- Convert sponsorships into clearly defined content outcomes that exceed sponsor and creative goals and lead to renewed business.
- Analyze data to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and audience consumption habits to continually innovate our shows.
- When required, shoot episodes of our shows including camera set-up, lighting, and audio with support from other members of the team.
Who you are:
- You have a passion for Overtime, sports, and making incredible social and longform content for a Gen Z and millennial audience.
- 6+ years of experience in social media, YouTube/podcast production or other content creation with a significant portion spent in digital sports and culture content.
- A genuine curiosity in the media industry, including YouTube and social media trends, leading to a constant flow of new ideas.
- Shooting and Editing experience will help you stand out including knowledge of camera systems, lightning, and audio plus Adobe Premiere.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and high-profile talent.
- Proven expertise across various content formats, including video (short-form, long-form, live), audio (podcasts), and social media.
- Experience managing and inspiring a team of direct reports, with a successful track record of encouraging growth and improving performance.
- A solutions-first, proactive approach to producing.
- A deep understanding of all aspects of the production process.
- A willingness to do whatever is necessary to create our shows.

The salary range for this position is expected to fall between the range of $90k-100k annually. Salary will be determined based on the individual’s years of relevant experience and skill set. Overtime also offers a flexible vacation package, health benefits and stock options in the company.
