Overtime is hiring an Operations Manager, Social to join our team full-time in Atlanta. This role is integral to Overtime’s continued success and growth in social media. You will oversee projects and personnel for the social team while helping push the boundaries on creativity. You are an ultra curious, organized and competitive person who is all about the TEAM.

This is not a remote opportunity. This role will require this person to be onsite working with our social team in our Arena.

What you’ll do
  • Partner with the Director of Social Media, OTE to help set goals and strategy for the social team
  • Work directly with the leaders of the content team on strategy and operations
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to execute social brand deals 
  • Keep the social team on track for all goals and deadlines 
  • Own individual special projects that are not currently activated
  • Be obsessed with the little details. Everything matters
  • Collaborate with influencers and athletes on content and scheduling 
  • Own and assist with training, and on-boarding new hires to the social team

Who you are
  • 4+ years of full-time experience in social, content operations or similar
  • Strong understanding of our basketball league, Overtime Elite and our content
  • Organized and fast af, great project management skills
  • Extremely good communicator through text, slack, email and in person
  • It’s really hard to overwhelm you
  • Detail-oriented. Amazing proofreader who always checks their work. 
  • Down to hustle - this role requires regular nights and weekends. 
  • LOVE sports. You are passionate and knowledgeable about the athletes we cover
  • Problem-solver and self-starter
  • Flexible in adapting to changing timelines and deliverables
  • Proactive, positive team player, able to help guide projects from ingest to delivery
  • You’re down to fall in love with overtime
