We are hiring a Ticket Operations & Sales Manager who will lead Overtime’s direct-to-consumer event ticketing operation across all of our leagues. This role requires an analytical skillset, a collaborative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and deep knowledge of the ticketing and touring industries. The optimal candidate will become an internal leader on all matters related to ticketing operations, including distribution, allocation, data acquisition, seat assigning, customer service and reporting.
The optimal candidate will be a fast-paced high-impact executor responsible for the most intimate details of the ticketing distribution process while being fanatically dedicated to the acquisition and experience of key fans.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for key ticket operations functions across all of Overtime’s Leagues
- On Overtime Elite, Overtime Nationals, OT7 and Overtime Select game days, this individual will provide support and oversight to the overall ticket operation at Overtime and participate in special projects as business dictates
- Build and maintain manifests, season, and ticket plans in the ticket system
- Monitor online sales, pricing and inventory levels
- Ensure online functionality for all sales links and online account management for internal needs and external ticket holders
- Monitor and verify all game day systems
- Update reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis regarding performance against sales targets
- Use and learn ticket technologies to improve ticket operations and service opportunities for the business
- Set up price points, variable pricing and associated price components
- Collaborate with counterparts in Grassroots/Community, Sponsorships, Marketing, and Media to accomplish team objectives
- Execute sales initiatives with special offer builds and 3rd party integrations
- Provide customer support to ticketholders and potential purchasers
- Owns and manages all ticket customer service issues and email correspondence
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of work experience related to sales / ticketing analytics, strategy, and ticket inventory management is preferable
- Display a keen attention to detail, strong conflict resolution, problem solving and analytical decision-making skills
- Ability to drive organizational adoption of philosophies, data-driving decision-making techniques, and overall system implementation
- Strong organizational skills, encompassing time management, prioritization, forward planning, and adherence to deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Working with Vivenu is a huge plus! Working with other ticketing systems like Seat Geek or Ticketmaster is a must.
