As Venum continues to expand its North American headquarters in New York, we are building a high-performance marketing organization to support product growth across Combat Sports, Boxing, Team Sports, Football, and future performance categories.
Product launches, storytelling, and clear positioning are critical to our success. The Product Marketing Manager will ensure every product we bring to market is supported by strong messaging, coordinated launches, and impactful marketing across all channels.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for Venum products in North America.
This role will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and e-commerce, ensuring that new product launches are executed with clear positioning, strong storytelling, and alignment across digital, retail, and athlete channels.
The ideal candidate combines commercial thinking, strong product storytelling skills, and disciplined launch execution. You understand how to translate product innovation into compelling marketing narratives that resonate with athletes and consumers.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Product Launch Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches across North America.
- Partner with the global product team to translate product innovation into clear marketing messaging.
- Coordinate launch timelines and ensure alignment across marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams.
- Ensure product launches are supported by strong campaign assets, product storytelling, and clear positioning.
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop compelling product narratives that communicate the performance, technology, and authenticity of Venum products.
- Define messaging frameworks for product categories including:
- Combat Sports equipment
- Boxing gear
- Performance apparel
- Team sports products
- Ensure messaging remains consistent across digital platforms, retail partners, and marketing campaigns.
Cross-Channel Launch Execution
- Work closely with the E-Commerce team to ensure product launches are properly merchandised on Venum.com.
- Support launch visibility across key retail partners.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align campaigns and promotional strategies with product launches.
- Ensure product storytelling is integrated across:
- Social media
- Website content
- Athlete activations
- Campaign materials
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor competitor activity and product trends within combat sports, performance apparel, and sports equipment categories.
- Analyze customer feedback, product performance, and market data to inform marketing strategies.
- Provide insights that help refine product positioning and messaging.
Product Content & Storytelling
- Partner with creative teams to develop product-focused content including:
- product pages
- campaign visuals
- launch videos
- athlete content
- Ensure that product benefits, innovation, and authenticity are clearly communicated to the consumer.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–6+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or licensed products marketing.
- Experience working with sports brands, apparel, performance gear, or consumer products preferred.
- Strong understanding of product launches, messaging development, and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience collaborating with product teams, marketing teams, and e-commerce teams.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate product insights into marketing strategy.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This role will be compensated with a good-faith pay range of $115,000–$140,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. Final base pay will depend on several factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications or professional licenses, and overall performance throughout the interview process.
This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance and a 401(k)-matching program. This role may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus award. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. Venum offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
