The Role
Are you passionate about sports and customer service? We are looking for a Soccer Center Specialist to be the face of our facility! In this hands-on operational role, you'll be the go-to person for field rentals, birthday parties, and high-energy events. From managing pick-up games to ensuring every guest feels welcome, you will play a vital part in our mission to provide top-tier service to the Queens soccer community.
Schedule: Perfect for night owls and weekend warriors! (Mon-Fri 4 PM-Midnight; Sat/Sun 8 AM-10 PM)
What You'll Do
- Be the Ultimate Host: Greet players and guests with energy, directing them to fields and providing all the gear (balls, pinnies, etc.) they need to play.
- Expert Problem Solver: Handle customer inquiries and issues with professional flair and a smile.
- Facility Caretaker: Keep the center at its best through regular inspections and maintaining clean, safe spaces for our athletes.
- Communication Pro: Manage phone lines and help families plan their perfect soccer parties.
Are You the One?
We want someone personable, punctual, and proactive. If you have strong communication skills, love high-traffic environments, and maybe even speak Spanish or have CPR/First Aid certification, we want to hear from you! Please note this is an active role requiring extensive walking and standing, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
