Overview:
Ready to be part of our winning team? We are seeking high-energy, reliable Event Specialists to power the electric atmosphere of the Queens Soccer Festival during the World Cup! You are essential in creating a safe, organized, and unforgettable environment for hundreds of passionate fans who will be joining us for our World Cup viewing parties and on-site branded activations.
This is your chance to be at the center of the global game!
Key Responsibilities:
- Igniter of Fun: Efficiently manage General Admission and VIP entry using the Eventbrite app, verify credentials, and get fans wristbanded and ready to cheer.
- Zone Operations Specialist: Act as a Zone Operations Specialist across all major hubs to monitor guest flow and provide crucial directional information.
- Activation Dynamo: Assist with high-impact on-site programming, including product trials, interactive soccer games, customization, supporting our branded shopping experience, set-up/clean-up and general event logistics as directed by the Site Leads.
- Safety & Crowd Control Champion: Maintain a safe environment for all attendees. ensure guests remain in designated viewing and activation areas.
Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule across match times and days.
- Maintain laser focus and engagement during all scheduled shifts to ensure peak fan experience.
- Strong communication skills to engage with and assist diverse groups of international soccer fans.
- Step up to support the team by taking on additional duties as the action and needs of the event evolve.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
