The Warehouse Supervisor maintains warehouse functionality by performing various warehouse support duties including order processing, inventory management, data entry, material storage/retrieval and shipping and receiving responsibilities. Major leadership role in charge of production flow.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)
- Works to ensure that stock levels are in line with production and distribution requirements.
- Monitors the receipt and storage of materials in the warehouse.
- Monitors inventory control functions including performing cycle counts and warehouse inventory reporting.
- Maintains records of items shipped, issued, and received.
- Completes required logs and records as required.
- Operates and uses all equipment following standard work instructions and operating procedures.
- Observes all safety rules and regulations.
- Exercises care and good judgment at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, rules, and BRG Code of Conduct.
- Practices good housekeeping by keeping storage areas and aisles clean and accessible.
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
