Digital Analytics Associate
The Digital Analytics Associate is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and optimizing digital performance across Riddell’s ecommerce ecosystem. This role turns data into clear insights that drive business decisions, improve customer experience, and fuel growth. The ideal candidate is fluent in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), understands ecommerce metrics, and knows how to connect data to action—not just dashboards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)
Analytics & Reporting
- Own GA4 reporting for ecommerce performance (traffic, conversion, AOV, revenue)
- Build and maintain dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar)
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance readouts with clear insights and recommendations
- Standardize reporting across DTC, Team Stores, and Apparel
Implementation & Data Integrity
- Support GA4 implementation (event tracking, ecommerce tagging, conversions)
- Partner with dev/engineering teams to ensure accurate data capture
- Audit and validate tracking (events, parameters, user flows)
- Maintain clean, reliable data—no guessing games
Insights & Optimization
- Analyze customer behavior (funnels, drop-off points, engagement trends)
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and user experience
- Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives
- Translate data into actionable business recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and CRM teams
- Support campaign performance analysis (email, paid media, onsite)
- Help teams understand what’s working—and what’s not
Strategic Support
- Contribute to building a scalable analytics framework
- Help evolve KPI definitions and measurement standards
- Support forecasting and performance modeling where needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 2–4 years in digital analytics, ecommerce, or related field
- Hands-on experience with GA4 (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics (CVR, AOV, LTV, CAC)
- Experience with tagging tools (Google Tag Manager preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data analysis)
- Ability to turn data into clear, concise insights
Preferred:
- Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Familiarity with CRM analytics (email/SMS performance)
- Basic SQL or data querying experience
- Experience working in DTC or retail ecommerce

- A strong knowledge and passion for football
- Able to work independently and as a part of our team
- Proven ability to consistently meet tight deadlines while executing multiple projects at one time
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Self-starter who can take direction and contribute ideas
- Willingness to contribute outside of core responsibilities to support team/business objectives
