What you will do:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to work in our Inflated Sports business category. This is a product and marketing-driven role with high visibility and impact, responsible for shaping a premium performance segment of the business.
Your mission: provide vision, energy, and leadership to drive category growth and profitability while managing every aspect of product development — from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
This role is based at our Stoughton, MA headquarters, with a hybrid office option.

IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL:
- Lead the development, launch, and management of product lines within the Inflated Sports division, from concept to commercialization.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle including design, development, sourcing, quality assurance, and vendor management.
- Partner with global teams (including our Asian office) to qualify, select, and manage vendors.
- Oversee all aspects of product specifications, cost negotiations, lead times, and capacity planning.
- Drive pricing, margin management, and cost analysis to achieve profitability goals.
- Create and execute annual and long-term business plans, gaining alignment from executive leadership, licensors, and key partners.
- Monitor inventory performance and collaborate with Planning and Finance to optimize turn rates.
- Troubleshoot issues such as supply chain delays or inventory challenges.
- Develop marketing, sales, and training support materials to drive sell-through and category visibility.
- Travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%) to support vendor management, product development, and strategic initiatives.
- Perform additional projects and initiatives as assigned.\
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 8+ years in consumer goods product management (sporting goods experience a plus).
WHAT YOU HAVE DONE/ESSENTIAL TO THE ROLE:
- Domestic and International Travel required via car, train and plane (20%), valid driver license, Strategic leader with proven project management expertise.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and web-based systems.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to manage large datasets.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with cultural awareness.
- Able to thrive under pressure and work cross-functionally at all levels.
- Strong ethics, interpersonal skills, and follow-through.
- Valid driver’s license, passport, and ability to obtain visas as needed.

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Interact independently with internal and external parties, has the knowledge to make independent decisions.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not supervise employees.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit/stand, walk, kneel, crouch, has color and depth vision, possess the manual dexterity to use hands or fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear, climb on ladders or be in heights.
