WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As the Jr. E-Commerce Growth Specialist the main responsibility will be supporting the day-to-day digital advertising channels. Additionally, the role will merchandize the e-commerce brand store and coordinate other promotional efforts across multiple markets. 

This the individual assists with the health and efficiency of retail media advertising accounts and supporting the Assisting Manager of E-Commerce Growth executing comprehensive ad strategies and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. 

The Jr. E-Commerce Growth Specialist will need to be able to work cross functionally with both internal teams and external partners to monitor advertising performance and efficiency, while also supporting innovative new initiatives across all of our platforms.

Another function is to coordinate the execution and optimization of vendor powered promotional campaigns, contribute to the growth and performance of our E-Commerce Brand Stores across the US, CA, and MX markets, and research the use of AI tools to enhance online content.

This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

The position is located at our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid office option, and reports to the Senior Director, E-Commerce.

IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL:

  • Monitor retail media advertising account health and performance using internal and external tools
  • Support the optimization of advertising campaigns by refining keywords and product targeting, bids, and creative strategy
  • Refresh and update ad creative in collaboration with the Creative team
  • Support the growth of Amazon Brand Stores in the US, CA, and MX through strategic merchandising, seasonal content updates, and reporting
  • Analyze and present market and product trends to identify marketing opportunities
  • Activate, monitor, and report on vendor-powered coupon and promotional campaigns
  • Support the implementation of AI-generated content updates across multiple retailer platforms
  • Other tasks as assigned

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, or applicable internship experience
  • Amazon Advertising certifications or related platform credentials preferred

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE/ESSENTIAL TO THE ROLE:

  • Exposure to optimizing digital advertising campaigns
  • Understanding of pay-per-click (PPC), keyword strategy, and bid management
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using performance dashboards (Power BI or similar tools a plus)
  • Basic understanding of Amazon and Walmart e-commerce platforms and their marketing tools
  • Ability to learn and identify of what drives performance in ad assets
  • Proficiency in Excel and other analytics tools
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize skills

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Interact regularly and follow up with internal and external parties based on direction of management, presents information for decision making to manager, and requires ability to independently follow up on pending items and to manage their own daily tasks and projects as assigned by management.  

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position does not supervise employees.
