What We Are Looking For:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Club Services and Sales Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily club service operations, assisting with sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent communication between departments.

About the Role:


  • Provide administrative support to the Club Services and Sales Operations team
  • Assist with order processing, sales tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate customer and account records
  • Support communication between sales, customer service, and operations teams
  • Help resolve client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
  • Assist with inventory coordination and product/service updates
  • Support special projects and day-to-day operational tasks as needed
About You:


  • You have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • You have the ability to collaborate with other team members
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You have experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • You have a track record of driving results
  • You’re hardworking and goal-oriented
  • You have a tireless positive attitude
  • You have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failures
  • You love getting to know new people and helping them improve their product/services.
