Minnesota Aurora FC is a community-owned women’s soccer team based in the Twin Cities with over 5000 community owners across all 50 states and 19 countries. The team plays in the pre-professional USL W League, starring and featuring the best amateur and aspiring professional players from Minnesota and across the globe. The club is operated by a women-led front office and coaching staff.

Minnesota Aurora FC is seeking a driven and community-connected Group and Premium Ticket Sales Representative to help grow attendance by selling group ticket packages to local organizations, youth soccer clubs, schools, and community groups.

The ideal candidate is comfortable reaching out to new contacts, building relationships with coaches and club leaders, and helping groups organize memorable nights at Aurora matches. This role is a part-time, in-person role reporting to the President. Time commitment will range from approximately 10 hours per week during the offseason to up to 20 hours per week during the season. The office is located in Eagan, MN, and training and home games are at TCO Stadium.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Outreach
  • Identify and prospect potential group ticket buyers including youth soccer clubs, schools, camps, businesses, and community organizations
  • Build and maintain relationships with local soccer organizations and community leaders
  • Conduct outbound email and phone outreach to promote Aurora group ticket packages
  • Manage inbound inquiries from fans interested in purchasing group tickets (10+ tickets)
  • Track prospects, conversations, and sales progress
Group Ticket Coordination
  • Work directly with groups to coordinate their match experience including game selection, ticket quantity, and payment method
  • Collect all information needed to process group ticket orders
  • Coordinate ticket orders with the Aurora ticketing team and Vikings ticketing staff
  • Work with Finance to generate invoices when needed
  • Coordinate optional add-ons such as catering through stadium partners when requested
Customer Experience
  • Ensure groups receive clear instructions for accessing and using digital tickets
  • Support delivery of group ticket perks when applicable
  • Serve as a point of contact for groups leading up to their match
  • On game days, greet groups and ensure a positive and organized experience at the stadium
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in sales, ticket sales strongly preferred
  • Existing connections to the Minnesota soccer community strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship building
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Clear communicator in both written and verbal formats
  • Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and basic CRM-style tracking
  • Able to manage multiple groups and deadlines simultaneously
  • Self-starter who can work independently and propose improvements to processes
  • Familiarity with women’s soccer, Aurora, or values-driven sports organizations preferred

COMPENSATION 
Compensation for this role is $18-20 per hour, depending on experience.
