Westchester SC is a professional soccer club playing in USL League 1 dedicated to bringing top-tier soccer to the Westchester community. As we prepare for our inaugural season, we are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to assist our efforts on game day's to ensure a best in class fan experience.
Game Day Staff members play a crucial role in ensuring smooth stadium operations and an exceptional fan experience. This position requires high energy, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with stadium setup and breakdown before and after matches.
- Serve as a fan ambassador by providing friendly and helpful customer service.
- Operate ticketing and entry points, scanning tickets and assisting with will-call.
- Support fan engagement activities, including promotions and halftime events.
- Help manage crowd flow and seating, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Work in merchandise sales, hospitality, or concession areas as needed.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, friendly, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to take on various roles and responsibilities as needed.
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends during home games.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
