Overview:
Tormenta FC's Ticket Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving attendance at every match by selling tickets to a wide range of target audiences, including community groups, families, students and businesses. This entry-level role works within the ticketing department to develop and execute outreach efforts that generate ticket sales. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, goal-oriented and passionate about growing the fan base through direct sales efforts. The candidate must be able to work in a highly energetic and fast-paced environment, along with willing to work some nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Ticket Sales: Actively sell single-game, group and season tickets through outbound calls, emails and in-person meetings.
- Targeted Outreach: Identify and connect with key audiences, including families, students, local businesses, and casual soccer fans, to drive attendance.
- Group Sales & Hospitality: Work with schools, youth sports teams, corporate groups, and other organizations to sell group ticket packages and hospitality experiences.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of prospects, leads, and sales in the CRM system to track progress and follow-ups.
- Collaborative Sales Efforts: Work alongside the other members of the ticketing department to create and execute strategies for increasing ticket revenue.
- Customer Relationship Building: Provide excellent customer service to prospects and ticket buyers to drive repeat attendance and long-term fan retention.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Sales experience, particularly in sports, hospitality, or entertainment (internships or part-time roles in sales a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset.
