South Georgia Tormenta FC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Coordinator of Soccer Operations to join our team. Reporting directly to the Director of Soccer Operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Training (League One, Women’s League, and Academy)
- Game-Days (League One, W-League, and Academy)
- Supporting Player and Staff needs (Day to Day & Gamedays)
- Player transitions in and/or out of market
- Admin/Team Manager of W-League and Academy
- Scheduling, League Registrations, Travel Management, League Forms, League Meetings, and etc.
- Running W-League and Academy Home matches
- Traveling with W-League to Away Matches
Requirements
- Experience in sport operations
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Background in team management
- Professional and positive presence to represent TFC both internally and externally
- Deep understanding of how to support athletes and staff members
- Work well within a collaborative, team-driven, and goal-based environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise tasks, discretion, and sound judgment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Availability to travel to all W-League away games and attend all home games (League One, W-League, and Academy)
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment, boxes, and field signage in excess of 50lbs.
- Must be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
- Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required.
