ABOUT CENTREVILLE BANK STADIUM
Centreville Bank Stadium is a state-of-the-art, 100 percent electric, soccer-specific stadium on the banks of the Seekonk River. Named Best New Venue of 2025 by SportsTravel Magazine, Centreville Bank Stadium is the flagship destination for sports and entertainment in the Ocean State. POSITION SUMMARY
The Gameday Production Manager is responsible for creating the energy, emotion, and flow of matchday, from gates open to final whistle. The position will oversee all in-stadium entertainment, audio/visual elements, promotions, talent, and on-field moments for RIFC home games and select events at Centreville Bank Stadium.

Collaborating closely with all departments to ensure alignment between initiatives and organizational goals, the Gameday Production Manager is imaginative in thinking, collaborative in process, and innovative in approach to create a best-in-class experience.

This role blends creative vision with live-event execution, requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves sports and live entertainment, and can manage people, schedules, and moments under pressure. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented, and high-energy Gameday Production Manager that can lead the planning and execution of the full fan experience at Centreville Bank Stadium.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gameday Experience and Production
  • Own the end-to-end game run of show, including pregame, in-game, halftime, and postgame elements.
  • Build, schedule, and execute detailed gameday timelines, script writing and cue sheets.
  • Direct all in-game music, video board content, lighting cues, and promotional moments.
  • Ensure a cohesive tone and energy that is aligned with the RIFC brand.

Game Presentation and Fan Engagement
  • Develop and execute in-game promotions, contests, and fan engagement moments.
  • Oversee all on-field and concourse activations, including ceremonies, recognitions, and special theme nights.
  • Coordinate the game processional, including players, referees, mascots, youth teams, and special guests.
  • Manage halftime entertainment and pregame ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with in-stadium production staff including camera operators, gameday MC, PA announcer and DJ to create a cohesive and engaging fan experience.
 
Talent and Entertainment Coordination
  • Book and manage talent for national anthem, special performances, and halftime and pregame entertainment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for performers on gameday, including rehearsals and run-throughs.

Gameday Staff Management
  • Manage the team mascot program, including scheduling, performance expectations, and appearances.
  • Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise gameday production staff and volunteers.
  • Ensure staff are prepared, informed, and aligned with gameday goals.

Cross-Department Coordination
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Ticketing, Partnerships, and Stadium Operations to align gameday execution.
  • Work closely with broadcast, league, officials, and stadium partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support sponsor integrations and in-game activations in a way that enhances the fan experience and maximizes partnership satisfaction.
  • Work with internal departments to execute in-stadium digital signage including LEDs, IPTV, and videoboards.

Logistics and Operations
  • Manage gameday production equipment and inventory.
  • Coordinate with audio/visual teams, control room staff, and technical vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with league standards and safety protocols.
  • Execute production plans in collaboration with stadium operations, including coordinating with third-party vendors and managing technical logistics.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3–5+ years of experience in live event production, game presentation, or sports entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of soccer culture and fan-driven environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage live events under pressure and make real-time decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, including partnerships, marketing, ticketing, and stadium operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading staff, talent, and volunteers in a fast-paced setting.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the game schedule.

WORK SCHEDULE
  • Role requires availability for all 2026 Rhode Island FC home games and select stadium events.
  • Position will be required to attend and lead weekly in-person meetings at Rhode Island FC Headquarters and/or Centreville Bank Stadium.
