ABOUT CENTREVILLE BANK STADIUM
Centreville Bank Stadium is a state-of-the-art, 100 percent electric, soccer-specific stadium on the banks of the Seekonk River. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and fulfillment of all Rhode Island FC partnership deliverables. This role ensures that partner assets, activations, and hospitality elements are executed at the highest standard while maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners. The coordinator plays a critical role on matchdays and at community events, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless activation and premium experience for all partners.  The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will coordinate related projects, responsibilities and initiatives that support ancillary events at Centreville Bank Stadium.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•       Oversee the collection and execution of all partner artwork and copy for stadium signage, video board ads, and matchday publications.
•       Manage partner advertising assets, including live reads, video spots, and digital ads for Rhode Island FC matches.
•       Coordinate partner hospitality experiences, including matchday suite access and VIP experiences.
•       Assist in planning and executing game-day and non-game-day partner activations, such as on-field presentations, community engagement events, and fan experiences.
•       Track and maintain partner contract inventory and deliverables, ensuring timely execution of all elements.
•       Help coordinate logistics for partner displays, including vehicle displays, concourse tables, and promotional giveaways.
•       Prepare comprehensive recap reports for partners, detailing the success of marketing activations.
•       Attend partner meetings to support relationship-building and post-activation recaps.
•       Serve as a key liaison on matchdays, building relationships with partners and assisting with partner activations.
•       Perform administrative tasks to support the Corporate Partnerships department, such as sending mailers and delivering partner packages.
•       Provide on-site support during Rhode Island FC home matches and at select non-match events, including partner hospitality and promotional activations.
•       Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth partner activation and overall fan experience.
•       Additional duties as assigned, including occasional participation in matchday setup and logistics.
•       Critical Ancillary Stadium Event Support: RIFC & Centreville Bank Stadium operate as “one team” therefore you, from time to time, will be directed to provide support and on occasion work as assigned for events at Centreville Bank Stadium.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•       1–3 years of experience in partnerships, activation, event management, or sports business.
•       Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•       Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
•       Comfortable working in fast-paced, event-driven environments.
•       Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
•       Strong attention to detail with commitment to high‑quality execution.
•       Ability to work nights, weekends, and matchdays as required.
•       Professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service mentality.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE:
•       Role requires availability for all Rhode Island FC home matches and applicable events.
•       Occasional holiday work required based on activation and event schedules.
•       Position is based in Rhode Island with regular in‑person presence at the office, stadium, and partner locations.
