Join the USL Spokane team as the Assistant Game Day Producer.  This position is responsible for assisting in the operations of all game-day production.  This is a part time position approximately 10 hours per week.  Spokane WA is a community consistently listed as one of the best cities to live in America and is passionate about local and national sports. The Assistant Game Day Producer must be available for USL Spokane home games with occasional flexible availability outside of home games.  The Assistant Game Day Producer must be able to stay alert and observant of their surroundings at all times, have a high level of attention to detail, remain flexible and adapt to a quickly changing environment, work well under pressure, and have the ability to follow a cue list and/or directional cues for the show-caller/producer.  This position must maintain a positive and professional manner when interacting with the public, peers, superiors, and any other individuals through the course of work.  All positions at USL Spokane require an entrepreneurial spirit to identify new solutions, a can-do attitude with a goal of always finding a way to success, and the ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity and change.  As individual employees, members of a team, and part of the entire USL Spokane ecosystem, a passion for solving complex problems and contributing to the overall success of all operations is key.  Every single employee must contribute fully to their own position and more broadly to all areas of business as needed to support the mission and drive forward success on and off the field.   
General job duties include, but are not limited to:
·       Assist USL Spokane and the game-day producer, venue logistics team, in-game personalities, and game-day staff.  
·       Ensure adherence to game-day script, including timing, completion of contracted obligations, and performances. 
·       Participate in pre-event meetings, ask questions, help identify gaps or opportunities, and execute deliverables on game day.
·       Assist in the creation and execution of the game day run of show.
·       Assist in gameday staffing. 
·       Operate house audio and lighting systems for home games.
·       Setup and tear down sports scoring and game day equipment. 
·       Step in to help with other game day functions as needed.  
·       This position may work weekends, weekdays, holidays, evening or days. 
 
Minimum Qualifications Include: 
·       Ability to pass SafeSport training.  
·       Have reliable transportation to ONE Spokane Stadium.

Compensation and Benefits: 
·       Non-Exempt position
·       $16.28 per hour
·       Paid Sick Leave – 1 hour for every 40 hours worked
