- Directly liaise with the designated club administrators and league partners on streaming processes.
- Manage and maintain league streaming/broadcast plans, look, and standards.
- Oversee interns to assist in customer service and league compliance tracking.
- Provide unparalleled customer service and maintain positive relationships with both clubs and league partners.
- Routinely update and track club and league branding, ensuring all are accurate on all forward-facing platforms.
- Lead a cross-department team to guide the Game of the Week selection process.
- Coordinate and manage streaming/broadcast and video recording logistics for all USL Youth & Pre-Professional league events (Championships, Finals, etc.).
- Assist with club onboarding to ensure a smooth transition onto the league’s distribution and streaming destinations.
- Oversee research and development in live-streaming, production software, and AI camera support for USL Youth & Pre-Professional leagues.
- Coordinate cross-departmentally to work with League Operations team members.
- Ensure each USL Youth & Pre-Professional League exchange platform is fully prepared for their respective seasons.
- Assist with Gainbridge Super League, USL Championship, & USL League One production as necessary.
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or related field and/or equivalent professional work experience.
- 3+ years of experience working in broadcasting/livestreaming (preferably sports)
- Experience using OBS, vMix, and production software is necessary.
- Strong experience in using MS Word, Excel, and Power Point is necessary.
- Experience in using AI specific cameras for recording & streaming (Veo/Spiideo/Hudl, etc.)
- Candidate must be creative and able to think outside the box.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members, executives, member clubs, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently in a multi-faceted, fast, fluid, and deadline-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must.
- Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, evenings, weekends, occasional holidays, and travel if / when necessary.
- Must have U.S. work authorization.
