Position Purpose
USL has a growing list of national partners, including leading brands such as Gainbridge, Prinx Tires, and SELECT. This exciting role on our Partnership Marketing team will provide support in servicing USL’s national partners, with an emphasis on inventory management and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and execute the fulfillment of all national partners and preferred supplier contractual inventory including signage, ticket pools, sampling programs, social, web/digital, etc.
- Manage creative approval process for all national partner assets.
- Analyze, interpret, and compile monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc partnership reporting.
- Develop insight-led reporting to support growth and optimization efforts for all partners.
- Lead marketing activation for assigned preferred supplier accounts.
- Provide consultation and support to Partnership Marketing and Sales leadership in conducting interdepartmental ideation and strategy sessions, to identify and develop opportunities for partnership revenue growth and retention.
- Deliver exceptional client services to internal and external stakeholders regarding partnership marketing functions and utilize independent judgment to provide conflict resolution.
- Work closely with other departments including Event Experience, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Communications, and Digital/Social.
- Stay informed on industry trends across professional sports and make suggestions where appropriate for new activation and/or revenue generating opportunities.
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1 - 4 years of relevant experience, i.e. account management, client service, agency, or sports marketing, preferred or combination of relevant professional work experience and/or education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related productivity tools.
- Strong client service skills and competencies required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to schedule and prioritize multiple work streams effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members, executives, member clubs, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently in a multi-faceted, fast, fluid, and deadline-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must.
- Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, evenings, weekends, occasional holidays, and travel if / when necessary.
- Must have U.S. work authorization.
- Experience with social tracking (Hootsuite, Talkwalker, etc) is preferred, but not required.

Currently, USL HQ operates on a hybrid work model. From Monday to Thursday, team members gather in person to harness the power of face-to-face collaboration. On Fridays, we transition to a remote work setup, providing our team with the flexibility to manage their tasks in an environment of their choosing.
Typical USL HQ hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm ET. Evenings, weekends, occasional holidays, and travel may be necessary based on business demands.
