Job Title: Digital Services Specialist - Club Services
Position Type: Full-Time

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Support fan engagement strategies for professional men’s and women’s soccer clubs throughout the USL ecosystem.
- Conduct regular audits of club platforms to ensure adherence to best practices. Provide regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain consistent communication with club staff, providing regular reports of website performance and tailored action plans. Regularly review and update reports to account for shifting digital trends and club priorities.
- Maximize revenue generation through digital platforms by working in tandem with Corporate Partnerships to curate web advertising inventory via platform CMS and Google Ad Manager.
- Support club revenue maximization by advising on sponsorship placement across club websites and optimizing user journey to high-value pages.
- Implement on-page and on-site SEO and AEO strategies.
- Develop best-practice documentation to support club implementation on an ongoing basis.
- Assist in gameday management of real-time web content (nights and weekends in rotation February - December).
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, Information Services, Sport Management or related field, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- 1.5+ years of relevant experience.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must, must have a team-first mentality.
- Should be extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on writing and editing.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and game nights.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid web and/or mobile application management skills, internet knowledge, and basic working knowledge of HTML is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members, executives, member clubs, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently in a multi-faceted, fast, fluid, and deadline-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must.
- Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, evenings, weekends, occasional holidays, and travel if / when necessary.
- Must have U.S. work authorization.
