Chattanooga Red Wolves is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Ticket Sales Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in sales and marketing within the sports industry. This position will primarily focus on community outreach to drive ticket sales for the upcoming season.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound phone calls to potential ticket buyers, including individuals, groups, and businesses.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Red Wolves tickets and promote upcoming matches.
Build rapport with potential customers and address their questions and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer data.
Conduct community outreach activities, such as distributing flyers and attending local events, to promote ticket sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve ticket sales goals.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all potential and current ticket holders.
Assist with other sales and marketing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong phone etiquette and ability to engage in persuasive conversations.
Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for soccer and a general understanding of the sports industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
Experience with CRM software.
