Role Overview
This is a hybrid coaching and operations role supporting the First Team while contributing across the club pathway. The position is ideal for a young, ambitious coach looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
The role reports to the Head Coach / Technical Director.
Key Responsibilities:
First Team Coaching
- Assistant Coach with the First Team
- Lead daily warm-ups and activation
- Deliver individual and unit-based coaching
- Support training sessions and matchday preparation
First Team Analysis
- Assist with opposition analysis
- Support video breakdowns and reporting
Equipment & Training Operations
- Set up and take down training sessions
- Manage matchday equipment: set up and take down
- Handle kit organization and laundry
Club Pathway Coaching
- Assistant Coach with USLW (summer) and U23s (year-round)
- Coach 1–2 youth teams within the academy
Compensation & Start Date
- Salary Range: $25,000 – $30,000 (annual, commensurate with experience)
- Start Date: January 15

- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and travel
