Position Summary:
The Chattanooga Red Wolves are seeking highly motivated individuals eager to gain experience within a professional soccer environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the first team’s technical staff, supporting daily operations and equipment management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Internship Term
- Positions available immediately through November 30, 2025 (end of season)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Equipment Manager in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional locker room environment.
- Help distribute team gear and equipment to players and staff.
- Support daily team laundry needs, ensuring kit and equipment readiness for training and matches.
- Assist in the set-up and takedown of locker room and technical areas on match days (home and away as required).
- Help coaching staff and Equipment Manager with the set-up and takedown of equipment for training sessions.
- Support the team’s operations staff with special projects and general logistics as assigned.

Requirements
- This is an unpaid internship for college credit only.
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Availability of 20–25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends to accommodate training and match schedules.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs).
