Position Summary
The Ticket Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of season tickets, mini-plans, group outings, hospitality products, and single-match ticket inventory.
This role requires a proactive sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate revenue through the sale of ticket products and fan experiences
• Build and maintain a book of business through outbound calls, emails, referrals, networking, and community engagement
• Conduct sales appointments both at the stadium and throughout the Antelope Valley community
• Represent AV ALTA FC at matches, community events, networking functions, and club activations
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline management through the club’s CRM platform
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity and revenue goals
• Deliver exceptional service to clients before, during, and after their events
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a positive sales culture
• Assist with match-day operations, fan engagement initiatives, and special events as needed
Success in This Role
Success will be measured through:
• Revenue generated
• New business development
• Activity standards and appointments completed
• Customer retention and satisfaction
• Contribution to overall team performance and culture

Qualifications
Required:
• Two (2) or more years of sales experience
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance goals
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and match days
Preferred:
• Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, ticketing, or sponsorship sales
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales automation tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation, including base salary and incentive compensation will be: $35,000 - $65,000
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure, and performance-based incentives.
